Your personal settings. Every signed-in user has this page and it is never gated: if you can sign in, you can open it.

Personal information

Name — how you are identified across the platform. This is the name teammates see next to your actions in the Activity Log.

Email address — your registered address, and the identity you authenticate with.

Role — your professional designation within the organization: Admin, Data Scientist, Designer, Developer, Manager, Product Owner, Software Engineer or Viewer.

Role is a label, not a permission

The role on your profile is descriptive. It does not grant or restrict anything — what you can actually do is decided entirely by the seats you hold in each Space. Setting your role to Admin does not make you one.

Preferences

Language — the interface language. Note that product vocabulary stays in English in every language: NeoData, Space, Pre-training, Fine-tuning, Studio, Model Design, LDM, dataset. These are product names, not words to translate.

Theme — Light, Dark, or Auto to follow your operating system.
